Churchland High School’s National Honor Society Inducts New Members

The National Honor Society - Charlotte Beale Chapter in Churchland High School has inducted 21 members into the organization in last night’s ceremony. The association shows strong passion and dedication in upholding responsibilities to the community and Churchland High School.

“As an official member of the NHS, I want to strive to make an impact, not just for myself, but for my community and for the world,” said Mikayla Hines, one of the 21 inductees.

The mindset that Hines has about the NHS shows the importance of the organization and how its purposes are: “To create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students of secondary schools.” (from the NHS Constitution)

All of the inductees have shown the values of what it takes to participate in the NHS.

The NHS and its new members are looking forward to organizing different activities to help and support the community.

Congratulations to our 2017 Inductees!
